Simple Lab OÜ, hereinafter referred to as 2can.shop, my2can.com, would like to thank you for your interest in the offered services and remind you that protection of your personal data is very important to us. We pay special attention to the security and privacy of data collected and processed when using the 2can.shop, my2can.com service.
2. What we collect and how we collect
Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual that we can use to identify, locate or contact you, along with other associated information. It also includes other information that may be associated with your personal information and can include information about how you engage with our Services (e.g. mobile device information or IP address).
We collect several types of personal data, including without limitation:

a. Information about a mobile device. The Services collect data about the Users’ mobile devices, such as mobile device model, operating system version, unique device IDs, mobile network data and mobile phone number. In addition, the device ID and mobile phone number can be linked to the User’s account.
b. Geolocation information. The Services support the feature of determining the geographic location of the User’s mobile device, allows us to receive information about the User’s actual location including the GPS data sent by the mobile device.
c. Information about performed transactions. When a payment is made the Services collect the data on the place, time and amount of the transactions, the type of payment method, if any, and other information related to the performance of the above transactions.
We rely upon several legal grounds to enable our use of your personal data. We use personal data to facilitate the business relationships we have with our Users, to comply with our financial regulatory and other legal obligations, and to pursue our legitimate business interest.

Late submission or failure to provide such documents may be treated as the provision of false information leading to subsequent closure of the Account.
If the User’s data specified in the documents provided by the User does not correspond to the data specified during the registration of the Account and if the data specified during the sign-up does not allow to identify the User, we are entitled to deny your access to the Account.

We carefully analyze what types of information we require to provide our Services, and we try to limit the information we collect to what we really need. Where possible, we delete or anonymize this information when we no longer need it.

The User shall keep account details such as username and password in secret from third parties. The User shall immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized use of his or her account.
Following our recommendations by the User ensures the maximum security of the data provided to the Service and mitigates possible risks during performance of any transactions using bank details.

The Users may also remove the personal data they have provided for a particular account by submitting a request to the User Support Center. Removal of this information will result in inability to use the Service by the Company https://www.2can.shop/support.
